Our terms and conditions are based on the "Recommended Terms of the German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association (ZVEI) e.V., as of January 2002" and the "Supplementary Clause on Extended Retention of Title, as of November 2005".

Prices
All prices are subject to change, refer to the price unit specified, and exclude packaging. All prices are quoted ex works, plus statutory VAT.
Shipping and Packaging
Shipping and packaging are charged at cost.
Payment
Invoices issued by bq-microwave GmbH & Co. KG are payable within 14 days of the invoice date without any deduction.
Minimum Order Value
For orders below the minimum order value of EUR 250.00 net, we charge a handling fee of EUR 25.00 net.
Illustrations and Descriptions
The illustrations, dimensions, descriptions, technical details, and packaging units stated in the respective catalogues are non-binding. bq-microwave GmbH & Co. KG reserves the right to make changes.
Contract Language and Governing Law
The contract language is German. This English version is provided for convenience only; in case of any inconsistency, the German version shall prevail. German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
Warranty and Manufacturer Warranty Terms
We supply components, modules, and systems from manufacturers we represent as authorized distributor. In addition to these Terms and Conditions and the ZVEI recommended terms, the respective warranty terms of our manufacturers shall apply.
Where our quotation, order confirmation, or invoice refers to the manufacturer\'s warranty conditions, these shall become part of the contract. Upon the customer\'s request, we shall assign our warranty and guarantee claims against the manufacturer to the customer.
Export Control / Export Regulations
In the event of export of the delivered products, the customer shall comply with German, European, and, where applicable, US export regulations and shall inform their customers accordingly.
The fulfilment of the contract is subject to the granting of any required export, re-export, and import licenses, and to the absence of any other obstacles arising from German, European, US, or other applicable export regulations. This applies in particular to products subject to the EU Dual-Use Regulation (EU) 2021/821 or to US export control regulations (EAR, ITAR).
The customer undertakes not to sell, export, re-export, supply, or otherwise transfer, directly or indirectly, the products supplied to them or technologies derived therefrom to any person, company, organization, or country if this would violate German, European, US, or any other applicable export law. In particular, the sanctions lists of the European Union, the United Nations, and the US Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) must be observed.
The customer undertakes to provide the information required for the issuance of an export license (End-User Certificate, technical use, end use) already with the order and to submit corresponding evidence on request.
The denial of an export license shall not entitle the customer to withdraw from the contract or to claim damages. If an export license is not granted, we shall be released from our obligation to deliver.
Data Protection
Personal data collected within the scope of the business relationship shall be processed by us in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), insofar as this is necessary for the performance of the contract.
