When you contact us via the contact form or by e-mail, your details (name, company, e-mail address, phone number and address where applicable, message text) will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and for any follow-up questions.
For the technical delivery of contact form e-mails, we use the service provider Resend Inc. (Plus Five Five, Inc.), 2261 Market Street #5039, San Francisco, CA 94114, USA. A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with Resend. This processing is based on Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in data security, spam protection, and availability of our communication). Access is password-protected and exclusively reserved for the Managing Director.
6. Cookies
This website only sets marketing/tracking cookies if you actively consent via our cookie banner (see Section 7b on Google Ads). Without your consent, no marketing or tracking cookies are set. Our web analytics (Plausible, Section 7a) is cookie-free. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by deleting this website's cookies in your browser. Legal basis for consent-based cookies: § 25 (1) TDDDG in conjunction with Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR.

On a few product pages (Modules & Systems), we embed videos from the YouTube platform. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (parent company: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA).
We use the extended privacy mode (youtube-nocookie.com). According to YouTube, cookies are only set when you actually play the video. However, when you visit a page with a YouTube embed, a connection to Google servers is still established, during which your IP address may be transmitted.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in clear product presentation). Third-country transfer to the USA: Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; additionally, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply. Technical re-identification of individual visitors is not possible.
Data processing takes place exclusively on servers within the EU. Legal basis is Art. 6 (1) lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in aggregated, privacy-friendly usage statistics for improving our service). Consent pursuant to § 25 TDDDG is not required, as no information from end-user devices is accessed. Further information: https://plausible.io/data-policy.
7b. Google Ads Conversion Tracking
We use Google Ads, the online advertising service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (parent company: Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). To measure the success of our ads, we use conversion tracking: if you reach our website via a Google ad and then perform a defined action (submitting the contact form), this is transmitted to Google.
This involves processing a cookie or device identifier, a shortened IP address, the Google Click Identifier (GCLID), and the conversion event. This tracking is loaded exclusively after your active consent via our cookie banner (Google Consent Mode v2). Without consent, no processing for advertising purposes takes place.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) lit. a GDPR in conjunction with § 25 (1) TDDDG (consent). You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future by deleting this website's cookies in your browser. Third-country transfer to the USA: Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; additionally, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Decision 2021/914) apply.
