AT Microwave AT-AM3-3050-20L Active Multiplier – available from bq-microwave
bq-microwave offers the AT-AM3-3050-20L, a broadband active frequency multiplier from AT Microwave. This x3 multiplier converts an input signal of 10–17 GHz into an output signal of 30–50 GHz, delivering a typical output power of +20 dBm across the full band.
What sets the AT-AM3-3050-20L apart
An active frequency multiplier generates a higher harmonic from a lower-frequency input signal – in this case the third harmonic. Unlike passive multipliers, the AT-AM3-3050-20L features integrated input and output buffers that deliver high output power even at a low drive level. The typical X2/X4 harmonic suppression of -20 dBc ensures a clean output spectrum.
