bq-microwave expands its AT Microwave portfolio with a high-power waveguide fixed attenuator for the full F-band: the AT-FAT20-08HP covers 90–140 GHz, provides 20 dB attenuation and handles 5 W CW – with good matching in a compact WR-08 form factor.
What defines a high-power fixed attenuator?
A waveguide fixed attenuator sets a defined, frequency-stable attenuation value across an entire waveguide band. At mmWave frequencies two things matter: flat attenuation over the band and the ability to dissipate higher power without detuning. The AT-FAT20-08HP is built exactly for that – with ±1.5 dB flatness, −20 dB return loss and 5 W CW power handling (RF input up to +37 dBm).
