Deewave Coaxial Broadband Circulators - available at bq-microwave
The Deewave Coaxial Broadband Circulator series covers passive 3-port circulators across a frequency range from 0.8 to 18 GHz. Three particularly popular models address the mid-microwave bands: the DCC200400B for 2-4 GHz, the DCC300600B for 3-6 GHz and the DCC400700B for 4-7 GHz. All three variants are equipped with SMA Female connectors and combine low insertion loss with high isolation and a compact form factor.
What sets the Deewave DCC series apart
Coaxial broadband circulators route RF signals directionally from Port 1 to Port 2, from Port 2 to Port 3 and from Port 3 back to Port 1. This allows transmitters and receivers to share a common antenna, redirects reflected power into a load, and protects amplifier stages from mismatch. The Deewave DCC series spans 14 models from 0.8 to 18 GHz and combines broadband coverage with a compact build and power-handling capabilities up to 100 W.

The Deewave DCC series at a glance
The Coaxial Broadband Circulator series includes 14 models, ranging from DCC080200B (0.8-2 GHz) to DCC12001800B (12-18 GHz). Forward power ranges from 10 W in the upper bands through 20 W and 50 W up to 100 W in the lower bands, depending on frequency. Connector options are SMA at higher frequencies, with optional SMA or N below 8 GHz. Custom builds to customer specification are available on request.
