Vector Network Analyzers (VNA) from bq-microwave enable complete S-parameter measurements in the frequency range from 33 GHz to 170 GHz. These instruments deliver precise characterization data for passive and active components, assemblies, and systems in waveguide bands WR22 through WR6 with an accuracy of ±0.2%.
