WR6 Waveguide Multiplier for D-Band Applications up to 170 GHz
The AT-AM12-110170-18L is an active x12 frequency multiplier designed for D-Band applications across the 110–170 GHz spectrum. This compact waveguide multiplier delivers +18 dBm output power with excellent harmonic suppression, making it suitable for imaging systems, radar platforms, and mmWave research applications.
The device accepts input signals from 9.16–14.16 GHz with minimal drive requirements of +0 to +3 dBm. The gold-plated copper housing includes an integrated heatsink and fan for reliable thermal management during continuous operation.
